What is this store's return and exchange policy?
There are no refunds or exchanges on digital items or ticket sales.
There are no refunds or exchanges available on physical items unless the item arrives damaged.
Unfortunately damage through shipping is out of my control and may happen occasionally. Please contact me as soon as possible.
*If your item arrives damaged, please send me a message with a photo of the damage and written description of the issue and I will be happy to send a replacement (shipping costs will apply but your replacement will be free).
*If your original art was damaged, no replacement can be made since all original art is one of a kind. Original art is shipped with insurance and you will be able to make a claim with that shipping service.
What about local delivery or pickup?
Some items (mainly original artworks) are available for free delivery in the greater El Paso area or a pickup can be arranged with me. Please see item description or contact me for any questions. Email ashtonkaleigh@gmail.com to make arrangements.
Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?
No, sorry at this time shipping is only within the USA. If you’re interested in purchasing but you live outside the United States, please contact me and I may be able to get you a quote.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Some items are shipped directly from me and others are made to order by a third party. Item descriptions will tell you if it shipped by a third party. Items I ship are ready to go within 1-3 days. Once shipped most domestic orders take anywhere from 2 to 10 business days to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local postal service. International shipping delivery times may vary between 2 and 12 weeks.
What if something is wrong with my order?
If you have a problem with an order from this store, please contact me directly, either through the Contact page or email ashtonkaleigh@gmail.com with “ORDER PROBLEM” in the subject line so I don’t miss it. If there are any issues with an order that ships from the fulfillment center, please contact me immediately or the fulfillment center on your packaging receipt, as the window to resolve it is quite short.

Can I get a tattoo of your art?
Yes! I do not do custom tattoo designs though, so please don’t ask. If you get a piece of art tattooed, please make sure to give proper credit and if you post on social media, please tag me on IG @ashton_kaleigh and FB @ashtonkaleigh. Let your tattoo artist know to do the same if they are posting any of my designs.
